Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every Bossz purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be in original condition with tags attached
  • Unworn, unwashed, and free from any damage
  • Include original packaging where possible
  • Proof of purchase required

Important: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on knitwear and polo shirts unless they are faulty. These items are exempt from our standard returns policy.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Complete the returns request form (template provided below)
  3. Wait for approval – we’ll email return instructions within 2 business days
  4. Package your return securely (we recommend tracked shipping)

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • You’ll receive email confirmation when your refund is processed

Exchanges

For exchanges of eligible items:

  • We’ll ship your replacement once we receive your return
  • Standard shipping charges apply for the new item
  • If exchanging for a higher-value item, you’ll need to pay the difference

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Faulty Items

If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free return and either replace the item or issue a full refund.
