At Bossz Clothing, we take pride in crafting premium garments with the same attention to detail we apply to our customer service. If your purchase doesn’t meet our exacting standards or your expectations, we offer a straightforward returns process.

Our Returns Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition with tags attached. Please note:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any damage
  • Original packaging should be included where possible
  • Proof of purchase is required
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on knitwear and polo shirts unless faulty. These items are exempt from our standard returns policy.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to process your return:

  2. Complete the returns request form (template provided below)
  3. Wait for approval – we’ll email you within 2 business days with return instructions
  4. Package your return securely – we recommend using tracked shipping
  5. Ship your return to our Salisbury headquarters (address below)

Use this template when contacting us about your return:

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • You’ll receive email confirmation when your refund is processed

Exchanges

For exchanges of eligible items:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • Standard shipping charges apply for the new item
  • If exchanging for a higher-value item, you’ll need to pay the difference

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Faulty Items

If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free return and either replace the item or issue a full refund.
